Bailey Island Reiki Retreat TERESIA
April 27, 28, 29, 2012:
My First Reiki Retreat with my lovely LIght Sisters, Jeanne, Charlotte, and Joan. I love you all. We had a great time. Jamming on instruments we really didn't know how, banging on vintage drums, the real thing made with hide and wood. Playing a vintage flute, sounding like the old times.
It was so relaxing. Reiki and Energy, intertwined throughout everyone. There were quite a few of us. Sleeping in a cabin on beds and air mattresses on the floor. So nice. to relax with friends.. Reiki Healed me with my Breast Cancer. I believe in past lives and that I had to go through this to make me realize I am a Strong person. I felt the energy. I still feel the energy. I can't wait for the Fall Retreat, Rangely Maine. Will be fun.

Shooting for a Cure
I visited the Well's High School and Middle School Basketball Team on January 14. They had their annual "SHOOTING FOR A CURE." The girls raise money for a very special cause. Breast Cancer. This is very dear to me. I was talking with a prior teacher of Abby's who moved to the Wells area. She was talking about how the girl's basketball team raises money every year for the Cancer Center in Wells.
I told this teacher that I would make bracelets for each girl to thank them for taking time to raise money. I thought maybe 20 bracelets......no, there were about 80 girls. I made about 80 bracelets. But I had fun making them.
I spoke to the Well's girls about my journey with breast cancer. These pages below were made with My Memories Suite V3.
Thanks to all the girls and especially thank you to 2 very special girls. Both have been touched with cancer in their family.
