 The Avon Walk is coming up, 2 days away!!!! I have purchased my Bus Tickets, Portland to Boston, then Boston to NYC. Leaving Newport around 4 am. I am not a morning person. It will be a long ride to Portland. Oh well, once I am on the bus, I will be asleep. So, I can only bring a back pack. I have to fit my Sleeping Bag, my Pillow, clothes for 3 days, toiletries, 2 water bottles, my camera, my phone, socks, underwear. Can you see all this fitting into one bag, I don't think so. I guess I can make it. We will be staying in a tent Saturday night, in the wellness center for the Avon Walk. I can't wait. 2 Days, 39 miles to help raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness. Please help me by reaching my goal of at least $1,800 by making a tax deductible donation at the side.

Smokey Quartz works with all of the chakras, but can specifically focus its energies with the Root and Solar-Plexus Chakras. While this stone has a slow and steady energy to it, it is still very powerful in its action. Smokey Quartz can facilitate meditation, helping to deepen the state and heighten awareness, while simultaneously pulling away negative energies from the aura.
